I deeply believe people make the difference. That’s why I help individuals, teams and large systems to grow in Leadership presence.

 

I'm a Corporate Leadership Development Partner consulting organizations on Leadership and effective Management, designing and implementing the long term programs as well as experiential training projects.

I offer individual and team coaching for executives, parallelly applying many certified therapy methods at working with individuals and groups.

My consulting and coaching style is holistic, integrating my multifaceted background and implementing the latest theories, techniques and experience from different business environments.

I'm an ICF (International Coach Federation) Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Team&Group Coach, certified Mentor Coach, licensed Master of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), a certified DiSC consultant.
